Singer Justin Timberlake Charged After Driving Intoxicated

Pop star Justin Timberlake, 43, was charged with driving while intoxicated in Sag Harbor, New York, after police observed him running a stop sign and swerving out of his lane in a 2025 BMW, Associated Press reports.

Timberlake exhibited signs of intoxication such as bloodshot eyes, slurred speech, and unsteadiness on his feet during a field sobriety test, according to court documents. Timberlake admitted to consuming one martini and was arrested after refusing a breath test at a nearby police station. Released without bond after arraignment, he faces a misdemeanor charge with a court date set for July 26.

Timberlake, known for his music career and acting roles, with hits like “SexyBack” and “Can’t Stop The Feeling!”, has also pursued acting, winning Emmy Awards and appearing in films like “The Social Network.”
