Google’s Search Generative Experience (SGE) can now allow users to create a few images based on text prompts, The Verge reports.
This feature, available to those in Google’s Search Labs program, is powered by AI models from the Imagen family.
Google said It’s designed to be a responsible tool, ensuring it doesn’t generate images that violate Google’s prohibited use policy for generative AI.
Each AI-generated image will contain metadata labeling and embedded watermarking to indicate its AI origin.
