Apple Releases Fix for iPhone 15 Overheating Bug

Apple has released iOS 17.0.3 to address a problem that was causing the latest iPhone 15 models to overheat, CNBC reports.

Apple confirmed that its new iPhones had a tendency to get warm due to a combination of misconfigured apps, iOS bugs, and the initial setup process that generated extra heat.

The update includes bug fixes, security updates, and addresses the issue of iPhones running warmer than expected.

Apple says the iPhones are safe to use unless they display an explicit temperature warning.
