North Korea has invited Chinese and Russian delegations to its 70th anniversary of the armistice that ended the Korean War, AP News reports.
The delegations are expected to attend North Korea’s military parade in the capital of Pyongyang.
The delegations include Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu and Chinese Communist Party Politburo member Li Hongzhong.
This event marks the first known foreign delegations to visit North Korea since the COVID-19 pandemic began.
