Elon Musk has announced the launch of a new artificial intelligence company called xAI, with the aim to understand the true nature of the universe, CNBC reports.
The company will focus on the mathematics of deep learning and develop the “theory of everything” for large neural networks.
The team behind xAI includes members who have previously worked at DeepMind, OpenAI, Google Research, Microsoft Research, Twitter, and Tesla.
Musk and his team will share more information in a live Twitter Spaces chat on Friday.
