DoorDash Faces $1 Billion Lawsuit for Allegedly Charging iPhone Users More than Android Users

Online Food ordering company DoorDash is being sued for $1 billion for allegedly adding extra fees to orders placed using an iPhone, Insider reports.

The lawsuit claims the delivery service charges an “expanded range fee” on iPhones, after placing two identical orders with both an iPhone and an Android.

A DoorDassh spokesperson dismissed the allegations saying “The claims put forward in the amended complaint are baseless and simply without merit”.
