Finland has begun the construction of a 200km long fence along its border with Russia, which will be three meters high with barbed wire, reports BBC.
The decision to build the fence was made after the country saw a surge in the number of Russian conscripts trying to escape to Finland.
Finland shares a 1,300km long border with Russia.
